Successes and Cautions of JELMYTO Instillation for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma. Here we present a short video describing our experience with laser ablation of upper tract urothelial carcinoma and instillation of intracavitary JELMYTO. JELMYTO can be used as a solitary or adjuvant treatment in select cases. It demonstrates encouraging tumor-ablative effects; however, can cause ureteral scarring and stricture.
