Intussusception Technique for Accessing The Renal Pelvis Through a Narrow Infundibulum With Mini-PCNL

Video Abstract: We demonstrate the intussusception technique to assist with removing kidney stone fragments through a narrow infundibulum when performing mini-PCNL.
The technique is described and demonstrated in the video. We intussuscept the long 15/16 fr sheath through the short 16.5/17.5 fr sheath to atraumatically reach the renal pelvis through a narrow infundibulum. It allows for better access to the stones, facilitating our ability to "vortex" the stones out.
