Single Port Robotic Intravesical Diverticulectomy & Single Port Robotic Simple Prostatectomy
A 68 year old man with known severe BPH, LUTS, very low-risk prostate cancer (Gleason 6 in 2/15 cores) currently on active surveillance with a prostate MRI that showed a large left sided bladder diverticulum with a 79cc prostate.This video will show how we utilized an intravesical approach with the single port DaVinci robot to complete a difficult diverticulectomy at an awkward location with postoperative results.
