Single Port Robotic Assisted Adrenalectomy - Is It Worth It?

We would like to present a case of single port robotic assisted bilateral adrenalectomy for a patient with paraneoplastic Cushing's syndrome due to ectopic ACTH secretion from pancreatic adenocarcinoma. During the video of this procedure we will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using the single port robotic assisted approach for adrenalectomy versus the standard laparoscopic approach.
