The single-port robot provides alternative ways of accessing the retroperitoneal space during various upper tract surgeries, requiring minimal dissection and mobilization, which results in reduced internal trauma. We present the case of a 41-year-old male with a history of UPJ obstruction for which we decided to perform a low anterior retroperitoneal single-port robotic-assisted pyeloplasty.
