COVID-19 Safety Policies

NEAUA is pleased to present our COVID-19 Safety Policies for our 2021 Annual Meeting.

The health and safety of our attendees, industry partners, staff, and guests, as well as our membersí patients, is our highest priority. As we continue to move forward in the "new normal" of our times, the New England Section is working closely with the Doubletree Burlington Hotel to ensure that our October Annual Meeting complies with all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended safety guidelines for events, state of Vermont and city of Burlington guidelines, and is in full alignment with Hilton's "CleanStay." The NEAUA is asking all our attendees, industry partners and guests to complete a vaccine attestation at the time of registration. We are also asking everyone to wear a mask in public indoor settings including our registration area, scientific sessions, exhibition hall and ancillary events. Our team will be offering contactless registration, sanitizer stations throughout the meeting space, and no-touch food stations for breakfasts, lunches and receptions. Food and beverages will be served by masked hotel attendants.

Your personal commitment to adhering to all safety policies is imperative to the health and wellbeing of others attending the Annual Meeting. Please be sure to follow the below guidelines:
