Rooms outside of meeting dates are based on the hotel’s availability. Please note it is possible the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the New England Section will fill before the published hotel cut-off date of Friday, August 23, 2024; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Reserve Housing
The Group Rate is 239 USD per night. All special guestroom rates are exclusive of appropriate state and local tax, fees and assessment, currently 15%, and are subject to change without notice.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out up to 4:00 p.m. may be available for an additional fee. Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. A photo ID will be required at time of check-in.
Valet Parking:
Overnight rate: $34 with unlimited in/out privileges
There is an additional fee of $16 for late pick-up after 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
Hourly rates:
0–90 minutes: $9
90 minutes – 2.5 hours: $12
2.5 hours – 10 hours: $16

Rhode Island Convention Center North Garage is conveniently located for guests.
Local downtown pay lots are located within close proximity.
